More than likely! Unless someone comes along who wants one down the road. Things happen, lol. Like this weekend I gave Red to my dad. So now he's living over there! Red's a grumpy piggy anyway and doesn't get along with any other pigs, so he can be happy by himself over at my dad's house.

Really!! You gave him poor red! He should have waited for the babies! Now Coco and Red cant ramble on to each other about stuff like hay!! Lol, Coco and him were always a bunch of grumps when they were together, or well chatting on the pc!(joke!)

Is red one of your guinea pigs?! Is he a male?!
Why didn't you put the boy babies in with red then?!

Red was one of her guineas, and she probably gave him away before the babies were born.

I gave him to my dad this weekend. I tryed to put the babies in with red, it did not work. I didn't want there to be any fighting, and Red is so much bigger than the babies, he would have hurt them. My dad wanted a guinea pig and I promised him one of the babies, but it was easier to let go of read than one of the babies. And Red and Coco can still chat Georgina, I made sure he brought his computer and his phone over to my dad's house!

Aww...that's a shame as i'm sure Red would have enjoyed the company of the babies Though I'm very surprised it never worked How old was red?!

Red did not enjoy the company of the babies, lol. He's very aggressive and the multiple times that I introduced them together he was very mean, chasing them around and nipping at them. I don't know how old he was. And it will probably be better for him at my dad's house, he will get way more attention. My dad has had pets all his life, it's not like Red will be neglected.

Yes the babies were reds. They were in the same cage when we bought them, so we bought them together. (And seperated them as soon as we got them home, so don't freak out.)

i do think that they could have been bonded, especially since they were his bubs, and they could have been introduced from young, but he is now comdemed to a live of solitude, and taht i do not like for any cavy. you could have tryed nutering aswell, as that does reduce hormones and adds for an easy bond with a young boar, of better yet, nuter him and add a female to him!!! he will be bond to accept one pig as a mate,

He was living a life of solitude anyway! And besides, if I see that he is unhappy, I'm sure I could convince my dad to get him a friend. I didn't really like the idea of neutering him, never mind the fact that there are no cavy-savy vets in my area who could do it.

Did you have to neuter him yourself Vicky?! And why did you have to neuter him?!
