Hey all! Adopted two sister piggies today, the girl wanted to get rid of them as she didn't have the time to care for them properly. So now they're mine! Prepare to 'ooh' and 'ahh'! Here's Liza And Zoe!

11. I couldn't resist them! The girl I got them from couldn't keep them anymore, and I didn't want them to end up back at the pet store or something like that. She gave me all their stuff too! I got 3 wooden houses, a bag and a half of shavings, a whole container of food, a bunch of toys, two food bowls, three waterbottles, two sets of cubes and a sheet of coroplast!

lol yea, I was like 'are you sure you want me to have all this stuff for only 20dollars??' I have to take them to the vet though, they have mites and are all itchy.

No, they're in my bedroom, and none of the other piggies are allowed in here until they're better. I just need to figure out how to mix the ivermectin, lol.

treat them with ivermectin once a week for a few weeks. usually that clears it up. I just need to get a syringe so I can measure out the correct dose and they will be all set! (And if mites isn't cleared up quickly it could get really bad, eventually killing a piggy)

Yea! I had her on my lap for at least a half hour yesterday, and she didn't have any accidents.
